Jaguar is recreating two of the world’s most famous E-Types

The ‘Flat Out Grey’ coupe and ‘Drop Everything Green’ roadster

Six pairs – so 12 cars – will be built to celebrate the E’s 60th anniversary next March.

Next March the legendary Jaguar E-Type will celebrate its 60th birthday. To mark the occasion, Jaguar will recreate two of the oldest, most famous E-Types it ever built.

Prices are not known, but Jaguar’s resto-mods will be based on existing 3.8-litre E-Types and “fully-restored to exclusive 60th anniversary tribute specification” by Jaguar Classic.
